It was founded by a group of journalists from all over India, headed by Shri Jagdish Yadav, senior journalist from Kolkata and the owner of Abhay News & Broadcasting Private Limited Kolkata in the year 2018. It has been registered under Trust Act on 24th July 2018 U/S-60, Rule-69, having Registration No. VI/160200389/2018. The registered central office of Indian Council of Press Media & Satellite Broadcasting is at D/187, T.G. Road, Kolkata.
